Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from? +

We ship all orders from our US-based fulfillment warehouse. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally? +

At this time, we ship within the continental United States only. We’re evaluating international shipping for the future.

Can I check shipping cost before checkout? +

Yes. On each product page, you can enter your ZIP code to see shipping cost and estimated delivery date.

How much does shipping cost? +

Shipping costs are calculated based on your ZIP code and order size, and shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take? +

Most standard items arrive in 3–5 business days from order confirmation. Large furniture items (over 50 lbs) ship via LTL freight and take 7–14 business days. Tracking is provided for every order.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering? +

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Email hiwecome@dootm.com as soon as possible and we’ll update it. Once shipped, changes aren’t possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? +

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. All returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please write to hiwecome@dootm.com with your order number to start the process.

Do I pay for return shipping? +

If the item is defective or damaged on arrival, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement. For other reasons (change of mind, fit issues), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

What items cannot be returned? +

Final sale items, assembled furniture, and personalized pieces are non-returnable. These are clearly marked on the product page before purchase.

How long do refunds take? +

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Can I exchange instead of returning? +

Yes. If you want to exchange for a different color or size, email hiwecome@dootm.com. We’ll walk you through the process.

Product Quality & Safety

Are your products CPSC-certified? +

Select products — particularly our nursery and children’s furniture line — carry CPSC certification. Certification details are listed on each qualifying product page. Not all items require CPSC certification (e.g., adult home goods).

What materials do you use? +

We work with solid hardwoods (walnut, oak, maple), natural linens, and non-toxic finishes. Specific materials are listed on each product page.

Are your products safe for babies and toddlers? +

Products in our Nursery category are designed with family safety in mind — rounded corners, smooth finishes, non-toxic materials. Specific safety certifications are documented per product.

Do products come assembled? +

Smaller items ship fully assembled. Larger furniture (beds, dining tables, storage units) typically requires light assembly with all tools and instructions included.

Where are your products made? +

We partner with family-owned workshops to craft each piece. Specific origin information is listed on product pages.

Payment & Orders

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Is my payment information secure? +

Yes. We never see or store your full card details. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Stripe’s PCI-compliant infrastructure.

Do you charge sales tax? +

Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address at checkout, following current US state regulations.

Can I cancel my order? +

If your order hasn’t shipped, yes. Email hiwecome@dootm.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible but you can return the item per our return policy.

Brand & Company

Is Aobtkel a US-based brand? +

Yes. Aobtkel is operated by a US-registered company, with a US fulfillment warehouse and US-based customer support.

How can I contact customer service? +

Email us at hiwecome@dootm.com and we respond within one business day. For press or partnership inquiries, write to the same address.

Do you have a physical store? +

Not yet. We’re currently a digital-first brand and ship directly to your home from our US warehouse.

Support

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email. What should I do? +

Check your spam folder first. If you still don’t see it within 30 minutes of ordering, email hiwecome@dootm.com with the name/email you used at checkout.

How do I track my order? +

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You can also log into your account at dootm.com/my-account to see all orders and tracking.
